Kirkyz Acoustix is an independent company offering a wide range of devices from Unitron hearing aids, complete with onsite personalized service in Calgary and surrounding areas.
The company was founded in 1964 by three German immigrants living in Newfoundland - Fred Stork, Rolf Strothmann, and Rolf Dohmer.
At that time, they were working with electronics of different as owners of a television and radio sales and service business they called the company Universal Technologies, which was later abbreviated to Unitron.

Once the app is downloaded through the App Store or your Google play depending on what you are using as a smart phone, you need to turn your hearing aids off. You can either open the battery door if you have battery operated hearing aids or must place them in the charger to turn them off.
You will now need to go into your settings of your phone and open the Bluetooth and search for your hearing aids, once you are searching then you can take your hearing aids and close the battery door or take them out of the charger and that will put your hearing aids into “pairing mode” for the next three minutes and your Bluetooth will pick them up so you can connect to start streaming directly to your hearing aids.
Once you have successfully done that and you are paired Bluetooth then you can open your app and the hearing aids will also connect to that as well and be able to use your app to control the hearing aids and how they work. Depending on how your hearing aid dispenser how set you up there are several other tricks you can use as well for shortcuts on how to control the hearing aid as well and you would need to talk to them or call me to show you more.
